The hotel was big with a favourable and magnificent location really close to the public transportation, restaurants, banks, and the airport and a metro station and the grand shopping street. I was pleased with good service. I had wonderful days staying at this small property.

The rooms at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel were really cozy and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. As someone who loves having a cup of tea in the morning, having a kettle in the room was a great convenience. The staff at the hotel were always available and ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the flat-screen TV in the room, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

The Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel in Istanbul is conveniently located near Taksim Square and public transportation. The staff, who are fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish, are extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms and facilities are clean, with daily room service. The upper floor rooms provide a peaceful stay away from nearby clubs.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic - just a few minutes' walk from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the Metro/Tram. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff here were amazing. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the room itself was great. It was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a lovely view. And to top it off, the breakfast included was delicious and had a good variety of options.
No complaints, everything was fine.
